The EPAF (electronic personnel action form) is an online form available in HR Direct that allows you to enter funding changes for existing employees. To learn more, access the training materials below.

Note: Funding changes for Commonwealth Medicine employees or those funded from Commonwealth Medicine chartstrings should not use the EPAF form and should continue to use existing processes. Also the EPAF form does not replace the DEFA for dual doc employees.
