The Division of Rheumatology is committed to three critical mission areas: research; clinical care; and medical education and fellowship training. Our dedicated research faculty have provided significant insights into the pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. We also have a strong commitment to educating the next generation of clinicians and scientists in our field. Our clinical faculty provide the best care possible for our patients in our newly renovated center and also strive to provide the highest quality training in rheumatology for our medical students and residents.

In addition to a robust Rheumatology Grand Rounds program and numerous clinical and research conferences, the division has launched a Leaders in Rheumatology lecture series, allowing us to invite world leaders in the Rheumatology community to spend two days with our division and deliver lectures on timely basic, translational and clinic topics.
