OFA Accomplishments The OFA has a strong record of achievements, including the Faculty Career Flexibility Award from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, sponsorship of a National Conference on Faculty Career Flexibility, recognition and service of OFA faculty and staff, and scholarship in the areas of faculty development and mentoring.

Past Programs The OFA has a rich history of designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and resources for faculty development and mentoring.

Faculty Fast Facts The OFA maintains a database of all Faculty who hold academic appointments at UMass Chan, and is responsible for reporting faculty data to internal and external constituents.
