1. Business Transformation

  • Implemented Lenel Enterprise Version with Server/Database Redundancies Solutions
  • Huron Research Management Suite - SaaS Solution:

  • Lease Management - System Selection Evaluation
  • Rolled out Several Solutions for Intellectual Property Management: Inventor Dashboard, Financial Data, Prior Art Search Tool – Scout

2. Process Improvement & Standardization

    • Process Improvement for Annual PeopleSoft HR & Finance Security Audit
    • Standardized AiM & PeopleSoft Integration Process Between UITS and Facilities Management
    • Standardized the AiM Upgrade Process
    • Automated the manual process of cutting checks for UHealthSolutions
    • Created an Organizational Structure in PeopleSoft HR to Standardize Reporting
    • Collaborated with UITS to standup nightly tree denormalization process

3. Operational Support

    • Continue Serving as a Liaison between UITS and Designated UMass Chan A&F Departments: Finance and Facilities Data Systems Support:
      • Campus Project Manager for PeopleSoft Upgrade
      • Campus Security Administrator for PeopleSoft as well as other Designated Systems
      • Campus Data Guardian for PeopleSoft Finance and Other Systems Support Duties including Interfaces, Reporting, Month-end and Year-end support
    • Chair Several Systems Governance Committees such as Aim Governance and Huron Governance Committees
    • Supported HR on Several Compensation adjustment projects: Post Docs and Research Associates
