VA MOU Guidelines
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires that investigators with joint UMMS and Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) appointments maintain a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines the duties and effort to be committed at both the University and the VA.
