Mature Workforce Committee

The Mature Workforce Committee serves as an advocate for faculty and staff that are over the age of 40.  To that end, the committee works to support continuous educational and professional opportunities for mature employees.  In addition, the committee is committed to supporting employees who may be preparing for retirement.  They are focused on retaining mature worker institutional knowledge while also providing mechanisms to assist retiring employees who wish to have a continuing relationship with UMass Chan Medical School.

New committee members are welcome. Please contact the committee chairs or the CEOD e-mail.
