The application is modeled after the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) national application. All information collected is confidential.

• Applications will be accepted from November 15, 2021 through February 7, 2022.
• Letters of Recommendation are due February 7, 2022
  • A Letter from a premed advisor and a prerequisite science professor is required
  • Additional letters from employers, lab hosts, volunteer hosts, etc. can be submitted as well
  • Letters of recommendation can be sent to the Chan School of Medicine's Office of Admissions or emailed to BaccMD@umassmed.edu
• An official Transcript including Fall Semester grades must be sent to the address below. *Electronic Official Transcripts can be emailed to BaccMD@umassmed.edu*
